TRAINING, CAPACITY BUILDING & ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

To achieve the objectives of OSM, training people assumes significance. Training calls for the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies. This could be achieved through teaching of vocational or practical skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful competencies.

Training has specific goals of improving one's capability, capacity, productivity and performance. To meet the needs of establishing IKCs, as well promote Social Entrepreneurs, training is essential. More so we offer variety of training programmes customized to the need in the endeavour towards capacity building and development of organizations.
The programmes include all those concerned with individuals, groups and organizations. Even within the OSM the need for trained manpower and social entrepreneurs to setup and run IKCs, training is essential.
